Each month you'll receive a curated box of products selected by experts and informed by member feedback. After trying the products, simply visit your box page and share your thoughts.

Products may include protein bars, protein powders, vitamins, supplements, hydration products, recovery products, healthy snacks, fitness accessories, and other wellness-related items.
Are the products full-size or samples?
Boxes may contain a mix of full-size products, trial sizes, single-serving products, and sample-sized items depending on the brands and products included.
Do you reveal what's inside the box before it ships?
No. We do not publish exact product lists publicly. Once you receive your box, you'll be able to view and review all included products through your personalized box page.
Why do you ask for feedback?
Your feedback helps improve future recommendations and allows us to better understand what products members enjoy.
Do I have to review every product?
No. Feedback is encouraged but never required.

During onboarding you'll have the opportunity to share dietary preferences, allergies, and product restrictions.
